I give the full 5 stars. I placed my order, had it delivered next day. The courier service was trackable. I had a fault with a couple of the chairs. Contacted the company sent a picture of the faults. I was contacted immediately and sent 2 new chairs.
I cannot fault this company and think its a shame that other
companies dont hold the same values. I am so used to getting bad customer service from the big store's that normally puts you off ordering online. But with this company I will certainly be going back in the future and would highly recommend to any body who has any doubt about on line ordering. Well done. And thank you once again.
