Unfortunately, the product that I had received varied slightly to the one advertised on the website, however, TotalGardens resolved the situation swiftly and professionally.
I will undoubtedly be returning in the near future. It's not often you get web customer service like these guys.
The swing seat was quite easy to set up. Took about 45 minutes I think. Just take note with regards to the instructions - On Step 5 the correct bolt to use is in fact Q, not R. Took me a while to figure out what had gone wrong! Very comfy, and quite sturdy for the price. |
